Aside from ZIM’s complex activities with hazardous cargo, this shipping giant also specializes in intricate freight projects. 

The goal was to expand the company’s reach and activity with potential customers in the relevant categories.

To do so, we connected with the specified companies in the industry and directly contacted the key decision makers with a personal invite to a virtual meeting to discuss business.

In order to expand business with the existing customers, we created a social media editorial calendar that shows professional content and certifications for ZIM serving in the field of dangerous cargo transport.

Plan of Action

Establish a direct and personal connection with the relevant decision makers through professional networking. For building relevant relationships, we used sponsored content and success stories to increase awareness and exposure as part of the customer journey.
